Our Forensic Engineering Department focuses on the investigation of buildings and structures that are failing or aging. The primary areas of competence are assessments of residential and commercial structural components and building envelopes via field work, detailed inspections, notes and photographs, written reports, and preparing designs for repairs. Additionally, North Star Forensics has the ability to conduct topographical surveys using either a drone or satellite LiDAR data for the assessments of roof drainage failure and more.
